Question: 6.4 powerstroke chirping noise?

My 2008 F250 has a chirping noise that seems to come from the front to mid part of the engine, but it’s hard to tell if it’s coming from the tensioner or not. I do not hear it under acceleration. I can only hear it once I let off the gas or when it’s idling. The operating temp doesn’t seem to affect it. It does it whether it’s a cold start or if I’ve bren driving All day. Again, the noise isn’t a screeching or a squeaking noise. It makes a “chirping” sound. Any idea what it could be? I was Thinking a piston cooling jet or a tensioner.
