Doesn’t matter what sort of business they are, all of them count money

I want to paraphrase the title phrase with but, to get something like:
Business is anything but counting a money. With an emphasis on ‘counting money’. But that looks for me that the meaning is exactly an opposite of what I want to say.

What would be a right phrase?

PS: For clarification, context is business could be any kind, from mining & banking to making a coffee and serving biscuits. They produce different sort of goods/services but have one thing in common which is counting money to stay somehow profitable.

Business Data Connectivity Service is not accessible

I am working on sharing service applications across farms ( SP2013 Publishing Farm, SP 2010 Consuming Farm). Services like Search, MMS and Secure Store are working perfectly fine after sharing.
However, Business Data Connectivity Service is not working. Following error is thrown when trying to create an External content type from SP 2010 Designer:

Event viewer shows following error:
The BDC Service application Connection to: SP 2013 Business Data Connectivity Service is not accessible. The full exception text is: The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message: There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter The InnerException message was ‘Invalid enum value ‘OData’ cannot be deserialized into type ‘Microsoft.BusinessData.SystemSpecific.ThrottleScope’. Ensure that the necessary enum values are present and are marked with EnumMemberAttribute attribute if the type has DataContractAttribute attribute.’. Please see InnerException for more details.

One of the entries in the ULS logs apart from the above is “No ThrottlingRules found”.
So far I have tried following fixes without any success:

  1. Made sure all authentication methods except for Anonymous and Windows are Disabled for security token service in both SP 2010 and SP 2013 farm.
  2. Specified administrator for the service and given full control to it.
  3. Started “Request Management” service in SP 2013 farm. Not sure if it is needed. However, Request Management and Throttling rules seem to have a relationship with each other.
  4. Ran BCS throttle config Power shell commands in SP 2013 which also looks OK.

В чем различие Business Logic Layer и Data Access Layer

Is it fine to quit after company spends for future business trip?

Me and my fiance are in the same team under same manager. The manager and the rest of the team is unaware of this. We plan to tell them 2 months before our marriage. We are not sure what happens after we announce about our relationship.

However, our manager wants us to visit abroad for business meetings and will sponsor our visa process. But the proposed visit date will clash with our wedding. We don’t want to tell about our relationship yet because it is too soon and fear that one/two of us may lose job.

I am looking out for new job so that I can move out of the team right away but getting a new job is not as easy as it seems. And my manager has asked to apply for visa as well right away.

Is it fine if we apply for visa with company spending on hotels, flights, visa fee etc. only to tell my manager about our relationship/my resignation(if i get a new job) after acquiring visa from company’s money.

Google Business Sub Categories for Cleaning/janitorial Company

Is there a place that defines each Google my business category? I am working on SEO for a Cleaning Company that provides janitorial services to local businesses/schools/hospitals..

Upon obtaining access to their Google Business Admin Page. I noticed that one of their sub categories was “Cleaners”.

My initial thought was “Cleaners” doesn’t mean what they think it means. I was thinking this word as a category would be served for “Dry Cleaning” and “Laundromat” businesses. However when you search “cleaners” on Google. The definition is someone who cleans.. And the first couple listings ARE cleaning/janitorial companies.

That being said ALL the local listings and other pages were indeed laundromats and dry cleaning businesses, which we don’t want.

How do I find the exact definition for each Google category?
