Question: Would this constitute a rabies exposure?

I was outside at 8PM on Sept 4 walking towards the bushes and as I had my back turned I felt something brush my right arm. I didn’t see what it was, but I talked to a doctor about it and he said that if it was a bat that would be considered an exposure and I would need PEP. Should I get PEP? I also didn’t feel or see any bite marks or scratches.

Am I at risk of rabies? I touched a wet patch of grass but I didn’t see any animal nearby [duplicate]

This question already has an answer here:

  • Can rabies virus survive outside host on grass or leaves under sunlight?

    1 answer

There was no animal nearby and the grass was moist. The weather was hot. It was 35° C
