Is it possible to squat quicker than gravity?

It’s definitely possible to propel your body using muscle to move towards the ground quicker than gravity.

But is it possible to squat quicker than gravity?
Assuming squatting from your knees and not you bending down from your back like a lever, and that you’re not gripping the ground with your feet and pulling your self down.

If you dropped a basketball from the same height as your head,
would it be possible to squat below the basket ball before the basket ball hit the ground?

Does the PA-44’s squat switch disable the stall warning?

I’ve read the AFM and looked online about the gear system for the PA-44 Seminole and there is apparently a squat switch on the right main gear that disables the stall warning whilst on the ground. However during my pre-flight I have tested the stall warning with the battery master and avionics master on and it worked.

Is the stall warning squat switch not a feature on the newer PA-44s any more? The one I train in is about a year old now.

What would be best squat stance and toe position for a person with weak knee?

I think i have some knee problems as I usually feel sore there after an intense lower body work day. Also I have noticed that I have some symptoms of a knock knee,so I want to know the best stance width and toe position for least pain.I have noticed that pain is mostly when my knee goes forward, therefore I don’t have much problem in heavy deadlift but much problem in back squat, even much less weight compared to DL.
