touchpad unworking in ubuntu 18

hey guy’s im using ubuntu 18 but my touchpad not working,
the tweak and other software show my touchpad is enabled

i use this ways to solve it but I did not succeed

1- change GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX to i8024.reset i8024.nopnp i8024.nomux
and … update grub.

2- install touchpad indicator

3-check touchpad setting in some app
